Clamity Jane's - Too small for much more than a small counter and a few stools in front of the grill, it is still a popular spot for locals & adventurous tourists. You may have visited a similar establishment in your own travels.

The small building on the pier would make a great bait & tackle shop too. Or even a Harbormaster's office. With the addition of a floating dock & ladder/stairway you could have one busy harbor in short order. The building could also be used as a wayside station for your railroad, leaving the pier wide open for use by fishermen or strolling couples.

Overall dimensions of pier: 8-1/4" long x 3-1/4" wide and measures 2-1/32" from the bottom of the bents to the top of the deck. The height can readily be modified to a shorter dimension.
